Physical Empathy
Empathy for me starts with having a genuine interest and curiosity about you, your life and anything help you with. At the start of a session this means listening attentively to what you say and in the emotions behind the words.
Overwhelming Feelings
I often find myself helping clients with the strong emotions they experience. These can be unwelcome or overwhelming feelings such as fear, anger, shame, love or sadness. They are often so powerful that the the individual seeks to somehow contain them or feel shame about them.

Working with Tinnitus
I am just as interested in the whole person as the symptom. In practice this means opening up a conversation about their life, work, relationships and family. We might discuss sleep patterns, digestion, what stress they experience and how they spend their leisure time.
